SNAP Timetable

Further to last week's announcement, we are pleased to release the timetable for the SNAP Conference to be held at St George's, University of London, on 13th January 2016. The full timetable is below.

We have a very exciting day planned with an opening welcome from Dr. Julia Gale, Head of the School of Nursing at Kingston and St George's. This will be followed by the first keynote presentation from Professor Ian Peate, Head of School of Nursing, Gibraltar Health Authority, provocatively called "The Trouble with Men..."

The main part of the day is comprised of eighteen student presentations, which have been divided into two streams.  The streams are broken up into three sessions, each comprising of three student presentations. You will have to choose carefully which stream you want to attend as there are so many interesting presentations. There are also plenty of breaks throughout the day, giving everyone the opportunity to discuss the presentations over a cup of tea or over lunch.

The second keynote presentation is by Caroline Alexander, Chief Nurse for London. Her observations and reflections on the direction of nursing will provide plenty of food for thought to go away with. To bring the day to a close, we are pleased to announce that Jennie Hall, Chief Nurse at St George's, has the dubious honour of the last word.

We hope that this day has plenty to interest everyone. If you haven't registered your ticket yet, avoid disappointment by registering your attendance here:   https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/student-nurse-academic-partnership-snap-conference-tickets-18552543156

We look forward to seeing you at the conference
